As we ramped up the ability to shop by voice with Alexa, I wanted to highlight the benefits for customers who were hesitant to get fresh food delivered. So we launched a creative campaign that debuted the ability to get Whole Foods within 2 hours on Amazon.

Keeping things simple, it was important to find a visual system that triggered a customer use their voice on channels where voice isn't the first thought.

As the new grocery stores were launched, I was integral in bringing new technology to help solve simple problems in the store. Where's the ketchup? No worries, Alexa can help you with that.
