With Alexa in the Amazon App, customers can access the helpfulness of Alexa anytime and anywhere, making searching and shopping faster. To drive awareness of a new, more prominent Alexa presence in the Amazon shopping app, we created a playful series of worlds that show how Alexa is there for any need.
Just Say the Word
Just as quickly as people’s interests, hobbies, and life needs change, Alexa can help shop & support them. We worked back from our hero characters as they recruited Alexa's help to give voice to a new part of themselves, whether that's their latest adventure or a new life chapter. Alexa is there anytime to assist the ever-evolving shopping and life needs of every customer. Just say the word.

Across the four stories, the team leaned into energetic and seamless camera moves to match the feeling of what it’s like to interact with Alexa: effortless, quick, and playful.
